We can obtain Judgments in the District Court, Circuit Court and High Court.
We will register the Judgments in the Judgments Office of the High Court.
We can enforce the Judgments by various methods:
- Place a Judgment Mortgage on a debtor's property
- Lodge an Execution Order with the Sheriff who can seize property to satisfy the debt
- Obtain an Installment Order whereby the debtor must repay the debt in monthly installments
- Obtain a Committal Order where a debtor refuses to pay on foot of an Installment
- Where a third party owes money to the debtor, the Court can direct the third party to pay the money due directly to you
- If you are an individual we can bring Bankruptcy proceedings to eliminate your debt
- If you have a company we can Wind it Up for you
