We are enlisted on the legal aid panel for Criminal law. We deal with Criminal Law matters in all of the relevant courts to include the District Court, Circuit Courts and High Court. We attend:
- The Garda Station for consultations for persons in custody and provide advice to persons in custody.
- Where a prisoner is on remand we will attend the prison.
- Special Court sittings which may be heard out of normal office hours.
We carefully consider each charge/allegation against our clients carefully and advise on the best approach to take. |
